You can't do anything. Why did you buy a ticket without getting a visa? They only need a temporary booking. There was no need to buy a ticket. If you have been refused and you apply again so quickly, then you will get the VL (Void List) stamp on your passport. I suggest you try again after a few months with the correct documents. Also most advice here won't work for you, we are not so privileged like them.

You can submit missing documents only if they ask you. If they have already returned your passport without a visa, you can't. They never tell you why your visa is not approved. Best is to try again after a few months.

Your employer should not put you in a position where you risk going on overstay. On day 15 they should fly you out then back in to complete your work.

Assuming you applied for an e-visa, if you're from a country that can enter without a visa (visa exempt) or purchase a visa when you arrive (visa on arrival) then you can enter that way and when your visa arrives you can leave Thailand and re-enter to activate your visa.

If your passport is not from one of those countries, you cannot travel to Thailand until you have a visa so you'll need to change your flight.

if they didn't deny your previous application, applying again will not help. They'll still be processing the old application.
