What should I do if my DTAC SIM card can't send or receive text messages?

Hi All,

I have a DTac sim but  cant seem to send or receive txt messages either from or to a local mobile (my wifes) or recieve from overseas.

any advice is greatly appreciated

Added money and can extend n receive local . Can txt to nz but they can't txt back. Need for OTP from bank
