What should I do if I haven't received my 90-day report receipt from Thai immigration after mailing it?

Hello, I wrote mid March to say that I had not received a receipt for my 90 day report which was sent by post two weeks before the due date.

It has now been twelve weeks since posting and still no receipt so I assume that I am not going to receive one.

Should I go into their office with a new application or is it necessary to only show them the receipt of posting?

TLDR : Answer Summary
An expat is inquiring about the lack of a receipt for their 90-day report submitted to Thai immigration by post. Despite sending the report twelve weeks earlier, they have not received a confirmation. They are considering whether to submit a new application in person or provide proof of postage instead.

And you sent it tracked EMS mail to the immigration office you use WITH a stamped self addressed envelope so they could send the receipt back to you?

I went to Muang Thong Thani immigration today with my Passport, Tm6, completed TM47 form my EMS receipt and a photo of the EMS tracking page on my phone. There was no problem at all. I briefly explained the situation to the immigration officer and she took the EMS receipt, my passport and the TM47 form, looked up my records on the computer and issued me with a new receipt of notification.

Yes, I will go early next week, something I really wanted to avoid though. Such an awkward place to get to!

I have the receipt of posting and the name of the receiver.

I would go from the date it was due as the date to calculate when the next 90 day report is due , go into the immigration office about 2 weeks before that, take in the proof of having mailed it, and the proof of them having received it on xxx date, and see what's what.

That's about all you can really do

just want to double check, should I calculate the next 90 days report due day based on the date I the mail received by the immigration (
*****
/2021) or by the last 90 days due date (
****
/2021). I'm just worried I got there too early I have to make another unnecessary trip. Thanks again for your help.
