I received the visa a few months ago and I need to replace my passport. Does anyone know what to do about the visa, but I'm continuing with it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you need to replace your passport but wish to keep your visa, it's recommended to keep your old passport with the visa in it while you apply for a new passport. You may need to follow specific procedures to transfer the visa to your new passport after its issuance.
