Hey all, I'm a bit confused with the TM30 and 90 day report thing.

I've been here for about 120 days. My flight landed on 25/10/24.

My agent gave me a TM30, but the informed date is 30/10/24 because I was at a hotel waiting for my condo to be ready.

Okay so to fix this situation, do I take my TM30 to the immigration office to sort this out? Or do I need my TM30 and get the TM47 online and take both to immigration? Or get the TM47 there? And in future after 90 days I can do it online?

Any help would be appreciated!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confused about the TM30 and 90-day reporting process after being in Thailand for 120 days. They have a TM30 with an outdated submission date from when they were at a hotel. Comments clarify that the landlord should have submitted a TM30 when the user moved in. The user is advised that it might not be necessary to fix the outdated TM30 if they follow the reporting rules for the 90-day report going forward, and they should keep track of their days in the future to avoid fines.

If anyone find out that they have missed a deadline, with anything to do with Thai authorities, then make sure to take steps to correct it, as soon as possibel after discovering the mistake.

Practically, it doesn't matter when it was submitted at that location. Nothing to fix. Just do your 90 day report as per your situation in person or online.

You've been in Thailand for 120 days, there's no 'fixing' not having filed a 90 day report. You haven't filed one in time. If you need anything from an immigration office, and they check to see if you filed a 90 day report, they may well fine you ฿2000 because you didn't.

That's it. That's the only thing that happens. If you don't ever need anything from an immigration office before you leave the country, nothing happens.

On your next entry, count 89 days after you arrive and file a 90 day report in person. You can do that 14 days before or 7 days after that date.

Or you can just not, and pay the fine if they ask you to.

He Condo Landlord or their Agent needs to have submitted a TM30 when you moved in. The hotel one is out of date. You need a TM30 at most offices before yiu can do the 90 Day report. TM47 forms are available at immigration.
