I've been doing 90-day reports online. Sometimes, it's 30 days when I need to do it next, but today, it was only just over a week! Anyone else?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting system in Thailand requires foreigners to report their stay every 90 days of consecutive residence. Some users have noted that reminders received might not reflect their actual reporting needs, especially if they have exited the country and returned, which resets the count. Issues with the online reporting system can lead to delays, prompting some to resort to manual submissions at immigration offices.
The online system was not working for me. My report was still “pending” after 2 weeks!
I cancelled the report and submitted a new one. 2 days no approval. So I decided to pay someone to submit a paper version of my tm47 report at the Imigration office..
wow! I'd rather it worked and made me report every 10 or 30 days than that!

I did travel back and forth but my actual 90 day (after returning to country) was due to report.

You're misunderstanding something. It's called 90 day report for a reason. You only report when you've been in Thailand for 90 consecutive days. If you leave before 90 days and return, you start counting again at day 1.
Just because the system sends you a reminder doesn't mean you're due to report. The system has no idea you left the country or anything else. It's not connected to any other system and just counts 90 days from the last time you filed. The actual filing time is up to you to know.
When does your last approved 90 day report say your next report is due, that's all that counts (unless you've left and re-entered the country in the meantime)?
well, I also thought it was 90 days (and it used to be), so am confused by how it's calculated. I am reporting in line with the date on each receipt, and each receipt is telling me to report sooner and sooner. I didn't leave the country, which seems a way to escape this constant reporting every 30 days or 10 days!
