UK citizen applied for a Non Immigrant O-A Visa online Saturday
(hopefully correctly ๐ค)I will be sending my passport and the bar coded information the Thailand Embassy require by Special Delivery post tomorrow (Tuesday) as I couldnโt get to the Post Office today.
Can someone from the UK please guide me on the following what the process is ๐
The bar coded paperwork?
Do I need to sign it?
The other area for a signature, do I need someone else to sign or leave blank?
What else do I need to place in the envelope?
Thanks in advance all ๐๐๐๐น๐ญ๐น๐ญ๐น๐ญ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on sending the Non Immigrant O-A Visa application to the Thailand Embassy, specifically about the barcode paperwork, signatures, and additional required documents. Responses from the community provide details on necessary steps, including signing the application receipt, including support documents, a return envelope, and specific forms of identification and proof of financial means.
I filled Non O single entry application in online 3 weeks ago. My process.
1, filled in the online application
2, Printed 'declaration form' and signed
3, Enclosed passport photo
4, Enclosed uk passport
5, Enclosed 6 months bank statements to prove the ability to support
6, letter of invite from Thai National
7, copy of flight booking
8, copy of QSA booking
9, marriage certificate
10, Covering letter why I needed to go to Thailand
11, Thai wife and I signed all copies including her Thai ID.
12, a return next day post envelope postage paid to return documents.
13, Health insurance for 1 year. Thailand only including C-19
I'm not saying you need all these but I wanted to cover myself. Got my passport back in 5 working days passed Non O single entry 1 year. They send you a letter stating you can now apply for the Certificate of Entry and what is needed. They were very helpful and fast for me. Good luck in your travels
I've got until 27 April to arrive for it to be stamped for a year. I'm married to a Thai national and we have a 3 year old daughter. You can get both single and multi entry the problem is the borders are closed so I believe they are issuing single entry. Then go to your local immigration center for further updates. Good luck

Good luck in your travels we hopefully go April 11. Counting the days
I had my flight from last February 2020. ASQ I also booked to go with the flight same time I applied for visa.
As I stated I went over the top with the documents but I'm that desperate to leave the UK permanently. Enclosed photo of RTE instructions what to do next hope it helps. Good luck
I did sign for applicant name but not for someone else. You need to print the application receipt (barcode one). I also put all support documents in the envelope (just in case) and You have to put the original passport.
on my receipt pages, there is only 2 blank for signature of an authorised and passportโs owner. I signed only on passportโs owner. Yep I printed everything as on STV, there is no place to attach for financial support and inviting letters. Therefore, I put all. I got my visa back yesterday (submitted on last Tuesday).
