just called K-Bank Customer Service and the branch in the basement of Chaengwattana IS closed. They couldn't say if they have updating machines for bank books or not. Sorry. The closest K-bank to Chaengwattana is the one on Chaengwattana Road by Thai Watsadu ๐ You might wanna stop at a K-Bank before you get out in that area and update your bank book, etc

Queues are not bad, they only let 10 people per counter inside and give you a queue number and then you wait outside in the main building. You scan the queue ticket with the Q-queue app and it will tell you when it's your turn to go in.

I think K bank is closed in the basement now. I'm not sure. It was boarded up when I was there last month along with SCB (which is just plain GONE)
