What is the grace period for submitting my 90-day report in Thailand after the due date?

Sent in my 90 day online on the 15th.  

It was due on 18th.  Site says still pending.  

Wife says we should give up waiting and go to CW today to be safe.  

When does the grace period end for me?  What if we wait and I am rejected?

you got 7 days after the due date to apply in person for your 90 day report and not get a 2000baht fine

Doesn't matter at all that you submitted an online report before the due date, if it's not approved and you run past that 7 day "window of opportunity" to apply in person you'll pull the late filing fine.

If it was due the 18th you got to the 25th to apply in person, I'd say if it's not approved today end of business, just go in the system and cancel it and then go next week on or by the 25th to file in person (remember the 23 is a holiday and they're closed)

mine was due today but I submitted it exactly 14 days before at 8 am . I was giving up but it finally got approved on this past Wednesday (considering last week Friday immigration was closed). I was planning to go next week -since Monday is a Publix holiday and I would never go a day before or after a long weekend. It was slow but I now set reminders to suit exactly the earliest possible to give it time. Best of luck

this time, time got away from me so that's on me. Usually I get rejected because I file too early. 🤣

remember 15 days before (thai time) is actually two weeks exactly before the due date western count 😮 so if you apply 2 weeks before the due date you'll have plenty of time to see if it's approved or rejected and still be able to get to the immigration office without worrying about pulling that failure to file on time fine 🙂

exactly. My fault this time. Filing too early has ended up working out by refiling. I’m jealous of those who post here with same-day acceptance. 😊. Never been that fortunate.
