Looking for clarification. If going for a DTV course, and the course is only 6 months for example, what happens when you re-enter?
Do i need to re-apply for the course?
Or is that one term of 6 months study is enough for the 5-year DTV and immigration will allow to re enter long after course is done?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) allows for application based on ongoing activities in Thailand, like a DTV course. However, completing a 6-month course may not suffice for a 5-year visa extension, as immigration requires proof of continuous activity. Re-entering Thailand after the course is completed could involve unpredictable border requirements and additional documentation. The immigration authorities are reportedly wary of potential abuses of the DTV system, particularly among those with nomadic visas.
