TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice on what documents to provide to the Hong Kong embassy to demonstrate their Muay Thai experience, as the embassy has requested specific documentation related to their past training. Comments from others suggest various options such as submitting training course certificates, letters from coaches, old training photos, and participation documentation. Some participants express confusion over the requirement, noting that proving past experience is difficult for beginners. Others advise to consider applying through different countries' embassies due to the complexities faced at the Hong Kong embassy.
some one claimed that they submitted some easy docs and he got approved with no further question

So strange for their request. ๐คDid you show them document about the paid course for over 6 months for the beginner course? Are you enroll the advanced level course? So, they ask for your past experience?
I show them my payment already, there is no beginner or advanced option. Just a course. But I'm confident with the docs I have now, just a bit confused how am I able to give my Hk visa or landing slip to them while I'm a hk permanent citizen

Omg , it's weird .
I just got my DTV visa with Beach volleyball classes and I sent them only agreement with that company and company certificate. Done ! 0 questions about my past and stuff like that. So easy
I'm going to the embassy to ask more, I'm a permanent citizen and they are asking me for the landing slip๐ด don't quite get it

Anonymous participant I also want to apply DTV visa and prepare to give them the latest water and electricity bill under my name together with the boarding pass for my last return to Hong Kong.
I went there before, and they came out to answer. It should be fine, but thanks for the reminder

just send some old photos of your training. Will be fine. They just need to see a lot of everything.

Can a boarding pass be landing slip?

Please outline all the Muay Thai course documents that you supplied with your application?
Anonymous *************
ORIGINAL POSTER
-muay thai confirmation
-Bank statement to prove my residence
-6 months bank statement to prove to the amount I have(you can just give 3 months for HK embassy)
And the additional docs they are asking, which are on the photo
These docs only apply on hk embassy, different embassy have different things

Anonymous participant okay, so you showed a receipt that you bought a course, but you also have been asked to show appropriate credential documentation from the gym. These documents and request is standard fare for a Muay Thai DTV application. The gym will need to supply certification, registration, and business license documents as well as owners ID.
Easily found by searching the group, but make sure it is the same Embassy that you will apply at.

Just write a letter you have watched Muay Thai matches Thai Fight, One Championship and learnt from online. ๐คทโโ๏ธ It does make sense tho.

That's really weird... Or maybe they are just trying to make it too difficult for you... I see they are also asking for working permit or HK ID card... Do you live in HK or visiting?
I went to the embassy and I asked a few question last week, I didn't make a simling face for them, maybe that's the reason they are making it hard for me๐

sounds strange and how would anyone be able to show past experience when he is
new to this?
i would guess its an error on their part. maybe they want to see confirmation of booking and paying a 6 month course now.
I have one year of experience, just didn't know how to prove

Anonymous participant experience in getting the DTV Visa for Muay Thai training is not a requirement that we have seen. It's the submission of the Muay Thai training school documents which is VERY important. That said, avoid Hong Kong.
