Goodmorning. I recall seeing somewhere that Jomtien immigration will only extend visa exempt stickers in the last 3 days of 30. Is this correct? Also CW? How many days on a visa exempt are needed to process non immigrant O- for retirement. Thank you all kindly in advance. :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
Jomtien immigration is known for its inconsistent rules regarding visa extensions, typically only extending visa exempt stickers in the last three days of a 30-day period. However, this can vary based on their workload. For processing a non-immigrant O visa for retirement, you need to have at least 30 days remaining on your visa exempt status at some immigration offices. Specific local address requirements and documentation, including TM30 reporting, may also apply.

Yes that is correct.
That is what has been reported at Jomtien.
If special circumstances, explain them to the front reception desk Officer.

Jomtien is a crapshoot for extensions, if they are busy they will say only the last 3 days if their not busy they will do early...nobody can gauge what they will say, so just go and see
