My partner has her first 90 day reporting coming up, which would be on the 2nd of January (In bangkok). A couple of clarification points, is it correct that the first report must done in person? Secondly, the report can be done 15 days prior or up to 7 days after (does this include the actual day so it would be 19th of December to 8th of Jan)? Finally, is it still possible for me to complete the reporting for my partner? Thank you in advance for the help.

Just a follow up, managed to do the first 90 day report for my partner. Seems that Bangkok doesn't have any issues with it.

the day of reporting is the day the report is due, and you have 15 days before that day and 7 days after it to file a report.

That's about a 23 day window to pull it off.

A 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you enter the country because that day is counted as day ONE.

A 90 day report can be done from 15 days before down until 7 days after the due date. Doesn't matter if it's the first or not.

I am only guessing but I would say you could do it for them. When I go out to Chaengwattana I usually have a few 90 day reports for people I'm doing while I'm out there and they've never said anything to me.

BUT, I don't know if it makes a difference with this being the first time they have to report though, sorry.

My understanding is that you must do a 90 day report "offline" so to speak, before you can do it online, and that is the only restriction. However, I have heard from one person that Samut Prakan made them do the report in person. But I am sure Tod Daniels is correct about CW.

Thank you Todd, do you know if the day of reporting counts in the 15 days and 7 days? Likewise for 90 days, does the day of arrival in Thailand count towards the 90?
