Where is the greenest/prettiest place to live that is still in Bangkok city proper? Looking for less hustle-bustle with quiet spaces to relax but still convenient.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Several suggestions are made for expats seeking quieter, greener living spaces in Bangkok. Bang Krachao is highlighted as a lush, tranquil area, while parks like Lumpini and Benjakitti provide green escapes within the city. Other alternatives include Nonthaburi and various districts like Chatuchak and Lad Phrao. Some commenters also mention relocating to nearby Pattaya, where Wongamat Beach offers a peaceful beachfront living option.
I’m glad you mentioned this! I was thinking it might be a good alternative. I’ll visit it on my exploratory trip.

Please do check out Bangkok pat on YouTube. He's very good and goes through and covers most of the suburbs in the city. Around lumpini park. Do check him out

Depends where you are. The biggest park is benjakitti right in the middle by asok but a different world once you’re in there. Huge space so many chill places including the amphitheatre
