Hello my question is I just read that on March 1st only one pcr test is necessary. but only if you book your thailand pass on march 1st. I have already received my Thailand passport and will be arriving on April 10th, which counts for me as 2 more per test. Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question addresses the PCR test requirements for travelers arriving in Thailand based on the timing of their Thailand Pass application and arrival date. It reveals updated information that from March 1st, the requirements change, allowing for only one PCR test under certain conditions, specifically if travelers booked their Thailand Pass after this date or if they traveled after a specified date. Additional comments provide clarifications and updates on exemptions related to SHA++ hotel stays and testing for those who obtained their Thailand Pass before the changes.
๐จ UPDATE: People who received their Thailand Pass before March and travel from 1 March onwards, will be entitled to an exemption. No need for them to stay at an SHA++ hotel and do an RT-PCR test on Day 5. They can seek a refund.
* This needs to be confirmed in the Royal Gazette

I read somewhere today that if you arrive on or after 7th March it's just 1 PCR test regardless of when your TP was issued
it's not in the Royal Gazette yet. They always change things between announcement and publication in the gazette. And the gazette has all the details like if you have to apply again and such.
Saying "I read somewhere" is just a rumor until we can read the actual law once it's published. Until then everything is a rumor. I've read many different things already, including things that are opposite of other things.
