What additional documents are required for a DTV visa application when working remotely in Thailand?

To give some context, I work remotely for a company and I've applied for the DTV visa online. I received an email for additional documents which just made things confusing for me. They are asking me for the following (this is a literal copy and paste):

* 1.Please provide your resume and how to work remotely (signature and seal of the person in charge)

* 2.Please upload the proof of salary paid to you by the company and transferred to the bank and bank statement (need have holder name)

I'm not sure what is "how to work remotely". I provided my contract, employee certificate which is signed and company registration certificate.

I also provided a bank statement and statements from the company I work for the transfer they did to my bank account.

This is getting kinda frustrating and it looks scammy because of their bad English. There is also no way for me to contact them and reach out for more info. Anyone had a similar experience?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is confused about additional documentation requested for their DTV visa application while working remotely. They received requests for a detailed resume with a company seal, proof of salary deposited to their bank with the holder's name, and clarification on how they work remotely. Community members suggest providing a recommendation letter from the employer confirming remote work authorization, highlighting salary deposits in bank statements, and ensuring the employment certificate states permission to work remotely in Thailand.

They are asking for a recommendation letter from your Employer. Just write a short but detailed explanation of what your duties and responsibilities are. Also the letter should mention that your employer has no objection for you working remotely in another country.

Create a brief cover letter, explain what you do and maybe a link to your portfolio. Highlight the requested items in the bank statement. Ensure an employment certificate states you are working for the company and are authorized to work remotely, specifically in Thailand.

Which embassy are you applying from? A lot of embassy staff speak English as a 2nd or 3rd language so there are often English mistakes in correspondence. They require confirmation in writing that you can work remotely/online in Thailand from a relevant company employee. They need highlighted salary deposits with the account holder name detailed.

It looks like your contract may not explicitly say you are allowed to work remotely, so they want assurance from the company that you can do so. The bank statements should show the payments to your account from your employer, that should be easy to get.
