I submitted my Thai Pass over a week ago , it just says "Reviewing" I am a little concerned that the JPEG image of my insurance is blurry and difficult to read .

Is it worthwhile doing a new application or just wait.

no use calling even if someone finally picks up the call. Better contact the hotel as hotel may have delayed the process by failing to approve first.

Mines took 9 days to get approved and it said reviewing everyday and then just changed to approved. I would hold off another few days I wouldn’t panic yet

If you are not traveling in the next week I’d wait or email them! You’ll find the email on the page where it says “reviewing”

Plenty take longer than 3 days, and a lot of it comes down to if you had a QR code for your vax cert or anything needs to be manually approved.

But also applying is free so he can make corrects with better qualities and apply again.

not true, I've seen approvals come through 5,6,7 days after the initial application was made.
