Hi, does anyone know if the Mae Sot-Myawaddy border crossing is open? It is the closest one to where I live for a border run.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, the Mae Sot-Myawaddy border crossing is open for foreigners for border runs. There are currently no negative COVID tests, vaccination proof, or visa requirements to cross into Burma. You only need to pay a 500 baht fee on the Burmese side for a stamp in and out.

thanks Tod, I have been taking notice of what has been happening in the area. I did read about three weeks ago that the border crossing was closed for a short time because of the fighting. Was just trying to get confirmation that it was definitely open or not.
