My sister and I heading to Singapore for a few days. She is on 30 day tourist visa, has been here 2 weeks.

We return Thailand on Thursday and she leaves Saturday to fly back to USA. I think she should be ok for visa purposes??

TLDR : Answer Summary
The person is inquiring about their sister's visa status upon returning to Thailand after a trip to Singapore while on a visa-exempt entry. Based on comments, she is eligible for re-entry into Thailand as she will receive a new 30-day visa-exempt stamp since she is returning within the allowable timeframe and has a return flight to the US shortly after. Overall, she should have no issues with her re-entry.

If she has no other visa (ED) or several exemptions, she might to have no issue. Worst case, she had to explain her travel history.

She's actually not here on any visa at all ๐Ÿ˜ฎ She showed up and got stamped in FREE for 30 days on what's called a visa exempt entry

Her current stamp will cancel when she stamps out, and when she comes back to thailand she'll get a new 30 day free entry stamp.

They probably won't say a word to her when she stamps back in as she's only been here 2 weeks, and has proof she's flying back to the US shortly after she returns to thailand.

She'll be fine (y) enjoy your trip, safe travels
