I am currently in the US visiting family. I plan to return to Thailand in one month. I have a non-immigrant b visa and work permit. I obtained a re-entry permit prior to leaving Thailand.
However, I just looked at the re-entry permit, and it says valid until 30 Nov 2021. Similarly, it says length of stay until 30 Nov 2021. What does this mean? I'm not planning to enter Thailand until December 16. Is my re-entry permit expired??
Thanks so much for any support you can give.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on their re-entry permit for Thailand, which states it is valid until November 30, 2021. They are currently in the US and plan to return to Thailand on December 16, which raises concerns about whether their re-entry permit has expired, thus affecting their non-immigrant B visa and work permit. The community's responses indicate that if the re-entry permit and visa state they are only valid until November 30, 2021, the user needs to return by that date to maintain their status; otherwise, they may have to apply for a new visa and work permit.
1 - The dates with the red boxes are the date she applied for a covid extension (using an embassy letter clause 2.28) last year and got an under consideration stamp for.
Applied for extension on 18 Sept 2020
under consideration until 25 Oct 2020
2 - The dates with the orange boxes are the date she got the extension
issued on 29 Oct 2020
valid until 30th Nov 2020
3 - The dates with the green boxes are the date she applied for a yearly extension and got an under consideration stamp
Applied on 30th Nov 2020
under consideration until 30 Dec 2020 <- that stamp LOOKS like it has the date 2021 but really the second ) is cut off by the page and is really 2020
4 - The dates in the black boxes are the current extension she's on now
issued on 23 Dec 2020
valid until 30 Nov 2021 <- that is the actual date her extension of stay is valid for AND is the reason that the re-entry permit she bought in July has that date.
As it is she needs to get back to thailand BY the 30th Nov or she loses the current extension she's on.
said that stamp isn't wrong at all, the last 0 in the date 30 Dec 2020 was cut off because it was stamped right on the edge of the page ๐ฎ
BUT at least the mystery is solved (not that it solves Hillary's problem of getting a new non-B before she comes back or comin' in visa exempt and doing it here) BUT at least we know what's what ๐

What about the consideration stamp till December 30th 2021, does that not softly imply permission till that date?
could you confirm that the reason i have to be back by nov 30 is because of this mistake on the reentry permit? it's clear that i have a visa until dec 30 and they wrote the wrong date, right?
