TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving from one province to another in Thailand, such as from province A to B (e.g., Phuket), income verification is not required for a Non-O Visa. Instead, the important document needed is a filed TM30, which serves as proof of residence registration.

Income verification is not required. A filed TM30 would be.
