Does anyone know if a photo of the family outside the house is needed for the 60-day family visit extension for the Non-O year-long multiple entry visa based on marriage (not spouse visa)? The immigration office is Samut Prakan.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among commenters is that a photo of the family outside the house is not required for the 60-day extension of a Non-O visa based on marriage. One commenter mentioned that while they had their photo taken by an immigration officer during a visit, it appears that such a photo is not a standard requirement for this type of extension. Therefore, it is likely one can obtain the extension without the need for any family photos.

I'd say the answer is NO, you do not need ANY photos to get the 60 day extension based on visiting family from the immigration office.

I just did a 60 days extension and an immigration officer showed up within two weeks. Took a picture of my wife and me while holding up my passport and that was it.

It might have been a check on everyone living in the area.

I know there's usually a home visit by immigration for a yearly extention of stay but never heard of it before for a 60 day extention
