Hi guys.

A month ago I got Non-o visa in vientiane for 3 month.

Next step is marriage visa.

I still have 2 month left now.

How long time before do I have to apply for marriage and what is the process?

Some people say I will get 1 month before getting the marriage visa, is that true?

just so you're clear the year will be from the date your current 90 day stamp expires no matter when you apply

it doesn't work that way. Whether you apply when you have 1 day left or 45 days left, the extension is going to be added to the end of your current stamp. The 1 year starts then and will be the same next year and every other year as long as you keep doing extensions.

sorry, typo, I meant 30-45 days before, do it early and that gives you time incase you need any extra paperwork
