I have a work visa and I need to report it once every three months, but I can’t work now, so I want to leave Thailand temporarily. So I wanna know How long can I leave after I have re-entered,thanks a lot who give me answer

I have to guess as Thailand does not have work visa.

I guess you have a big stamp in your passport with on top the name of the Immigration Office who put it there and in the second line, Extension of Stay permitted up to ../../..

Question is if I guess correctly, what was the last day that you worked and what is the last day of this Extension of Stay

Okay, slowly we get the information needed to give advice.

You can leave as long as you want, make sure that you have a Re-entry permit if you like to come back before the permitted up to date in your passport, if you like to come back after that date, cancel this Extension of Stay before you leave and apply for a new visa when you like to return to Thailand.

Do you have an employer and do you get salary every month?

AS you know if you stop working you have to cancel this Work Permit and you have to cancel your Extension of Stay?
