How does the visa extension work if you are out is the country ?If you have a work permits / Re-entry visa that expired while you are  outside of Thailand ?

. It's a re-entry permit which works off an extension of stay. I'm guessing your visa has expired, in which case apply for a new one as soon as embassies and consulates are open again

yes it expired in April.. so I must do the original process to get non-immigration B all over again from consulate.. ok

you said it has expired so you now don't have a work visa. You'll have to apply for a new one.
