Yesterday I went to ask Jomtien's immigration I asked how to stay here and they said I can apply for the 60 day extension again.

TLDR : Answer Summary
This post discusses the process of applying for a second 60-day extension of stay at Jomtien Immigration. To apply, individuals must visit the immigration office one week before their current stamp expires, complete the necessary forms, provide a copy of their passport (specific requirements for copies may vary), include a passport photo, and pay a fee of 1900 THB. The conversation also notes that there are currently no limitations on the number of extensions that can be applied for due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.
Let's stay on topic people. The OP is discussing Jomtien Immigration and how to get a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19. Each immigration office has slightly different rules. Talking about what happens in Kanchanburi, Nakhom Pathom, or Ratchaburi (for example) has nothing to do with Jomtien and a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19.
now i have 60 days covid extension which expires at the end of december and i will be able to do it a second time

okay people, let's stay ON topic. This is about applying for a 60 day unable to travel due to covid extension for the second time. There is NO rule that says how many times you can apply for this.
Right now people can apply for 60 day unable to travel due to covid extensions up until the 29th of Jan <- that is when the police order allowing them runs out.
AND
before anyone asks NO, no one knows what will happen when this current order allowing 60 day extensions runs out.
