Does the change in wording on the METV from 'date of entry' to 'valid from' and 'valid until' indicate a policy change?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The change in wording on the METV from 'date of entry' to 'valid from' and 'valid until' is simply a matter of different terminology rather than an indication of a policy change. The visa remains valid for entry until midnight on the 'valid until' date.

So if I border cross the day before valid until date I would get the additional 60 days .

correct (y) actually, though if you wanted to you could cross the border ON the "valid until" date and get another 60 days..

just different wording, it still is good for entry up until midnight on the valid until date.

Shayne, erring on the side of caution can be good advice :)

I always suggest the day before, some pedantic border official might just be having a bad day and give you 30 days.
