Hi

Can someone tell me please, if an unvaxxed person leaves Thailand do they have to stay 21 days in another country before they can come back?

No they dont

You can come and go as you please however each time you leave you will be required to fill in Thai pass and book AQ and quarantine for 10 days as your unvaxxed to come back into Thailand...

You can do as many or as few days overseas as you want. If you're not vaccinated you're quarantining regardless.

 When you fill in Thailand pass to return they will ask what countries you have been in for last 21 days, Thailand will obviously be one of those if you are out of the country for less than 21 days
