TLDR : Answer Summary
When filing your 90-day report after a move, you do not need to take photos of your new house. As long as you have the TM30 receipt printed and included in your passport, that should suffice for the report. Note that the filing window has changed to two weeks before the due date to one week before, so be aware of this new timeline.
IF you have the TM30 receipt (which you should PRINT out and put in your passport) that should be all you need to file a 90 day report online
Remember the window of opportunity changed and is now from 2 weeks before the due date to 1 week before the due date (only a week window now, although not all offices are following it)
No photos or anything like you mention that is only when you apply for a new extension
