TLDR : Answer Summary
If your extended family members are foreigners staying at your condo in Ban Phe, you are legally required to submit a TM30 form within 24 hours of their arrival. This form registers the residence of foreigners and is necessary if they plan to apply for visas or extensions while in Thailand. You can use an app to quickly report their presence, fulfilling the legal requirement easily.
By Thai law the owner, landlord, house master need to register foreigners residing at the address within 24 hours. We do not know if your extended family members are Thai or foreigners, but as you mentioned you do not want to do anything wrong, download the app, register the address and each time a foreigner stays there you an report it within 5 minutes using this app. it is easy, quickly and according the law so nothing wrong.
If they want to apply for tourism or other types of extension when in Thailand, yes, you should report them TM30 as you are the owner of the place. BUT, if they don't deal with the immigration office or other authorities in Thailand, the chance they need TM30 is slim.

It's your own property, why not get the account Section 38 website/app and you will be able to do online anytime.
that was what I thought thank you for your response, I just don’t want to be doing the wrong thing, none of them come for over 3 weeks so I guess we are all good, again thank you
