Sorry if this has answered before..

I need to check in to a hotel for 2 days next week, and I will be back to my condo after.

My question is do I have to do TM30 again after I return to condo as the hotel will do the TM30 when I check in?

I need the TM30 for my TR visa covid19 extension.

If the hotel does it, then the chances are you will need to do it on your return. I try these days to avoid handing over my passport to hotels for this very reason. The smaller hotels are more than happy to take my lady's Thai ID and copy that. It saves them work. Try that angle

Not sure if I could check in with another type of ID, like the driver licence, but I don't have Thai DL also. 😐

Dhanushka Perera. If you're an "alien" you need passport. It's only if you're travelling with a Thai that hotels can circumnavigate the need to submit a TM30, as hotels are not required to report a Thai national.

Thai driver's license works fine to check-in to hotels (and it has your passport No. on it). Not sure if an international driver's permit in case you have. But I don't think any foreign ID works.

Have you asked your local immigration office what their TM30 policy is? And what immigration offices will you use?

I use CW. Previous extension at MTT, they asked for TM30, so I guess CW also the same.

So that means I have to go to MTT for TM30 filing just after I return to my condo? (since my landlord is not aware of TM30)

I don't know if your landlord will let you do the TM30 by an application; you will need some of his private documents like his house book.

No I am sure my landlord will not support. However I can do the filing by myself at CW or MTT. However do I have to provide them a new rental agreement everytime I file the TM30?

Can I use the same rental agreement each instance?

A rental agreement are usually for a certain amount of time, and usually stay open ended after the term of the agreement. Unless you signed a new agreement, use the old agreement.
