Waiting at Blu Port in Hua Hin. Not even sure I need to be here, but the manager of my building told me I need to report my residence even though they filed a TM-30. Just moving in here.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A resident at Blu Port in Hua Hin is uncertain whether they need to report their residence, even though their building manager has filed a TM-30 form on their behalf. The community advises that obtaining a notification of stay or a TM-28 change of address may be required for proper registration with immigration, particularly to avoid issues with future extensions or 90-day reports.
Are these needed even when a lease has been in existence for two years'

Cheers, so if my 90 day online reports are being approved, my address is recorded correctly

everyone needs to file a TM30. Most offices won't give you an extension or let you do a 90 day report without one.

Many offices have done away with them but maybe Blue Port still require a TM28 change of address?

That was my thought as well. The TM28 is for when you change your primary residence. That seems to be what the OP has done.

You need to get a copy of the screenshot of the TM30 notification to show immigration. I don't think the letter from the Juristic Person at the condo will suffice

Sounds like they filed a report and want you to get the Notification of Stay.
What’s a notification of Stay? Isn’t that this doc pictured? Anyway, all they did was give me an “appointment” for my 90 day report and sent me on my way...
