Yes. I am currently outside Thailand but will be coming back this month.

. There were some recent changes to TM30, but I do think with being overseas as you will have a new TM6 number you still have to notify. However, as the ASQ will register you, and you are then returning to your previous address, it gets into a grey area. Probably best to do it anyway. You can do it online or by mail to save you going to immigration
