Kuala Lumpur Thailand Embassy is harder than consulate general of Thailand in Penang or Kota Bahru.

Anonym deltagare with e-visa the only choice is to apply in Malaysia - you can not choose embassy or consulate in the country. (I don't know why Ko Sein Lin Aung mentioned the consulates since there are no in-person applications anymore.)

Anonymous participant Nope. It is online system. He doesn't need to be in person but he must prove entry stamp, visa and accommodation ( tenancy agreement and utility bills).
