Hi there can you please clarify the following for me.

I'm planning on moving to thailand next year. I would  like to know:

Having the non-immigrant B visa ( teaching), in holidays would I be able to fly back home to south africa. Or is the non-immigrant B visa only a single entry visa?  What would I need to get to be able to fly home and return to thailand, and can i apply for it in thailand? 

Would one also suggest that it's better to buy a return ticket as well, or is it ok to fly in on a one way ticket? Thank you.

The easiest way is to get all the papers from your Employer and before you move to Thailand apply in South Africa for the 1 year Non Immigrant B visa. Than you can go in and out Thailand during that year as much as you like and get on every entry 90 days Admitted to Stay.

If you get the Non Immigrant B visa inside Thailand, this really depends on your Employer, it will be a 90 day Visa. After 60 days you can apply for an Extension of Stay and apply for a multiple re-entry permit. This Extension of Stay and re-entry permit are valid for 1 year and you can go out and come back during this year and on every entry you get the same date as the Extension of Stay end date.
