Hope everyone ok ...I ask my hotel reception if I can have receipts of TM30 so I can go do visa extension just in case Phuket Immigration ask

But receptionist said she has been trying to do it but the site keeps going blank can I show immigration screen shots? Because I don't want to get fine for late filing

yes it will help when you politely (!) ask the Immigration officer to call the hotel and let them talk the glitch out between themselves, because by law you are not the one to do the TM30 report, the landlord or hotel is obliged to take care of it

all you can do is go try for your extension by taking the booking and receipts for your hotel and a business card or something else.

It'll either work OR it won't and if it doesn't I'd call the hotel while you're at the immigration office

Sadly, the online system is not working correctly. What some hotels are doing is they are either e-mailing the TM30 to the immigration office directly, or they are using the Android app (which I think is still working as normal).
