Normally you can do a border bounce when reaching the end date of a non imm O-A visa for an extra year of stay.
In these times not possible.
So if you have money 400/800k in place for 2 months (or affidavit if relevant) and all documents for meeting the relevant requirements, can you ask for a year extension anyway e.g. a month before it expires ?
(Think no mandatory health insurance because the visa was issued before 31st oct. 2019)
Thanks !

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the possibility of obtaining a one-year extension on a Non-Imm O-A visa, especially under current restrictions that prevent border runs. Commenters clarify that to qualify for an extension, the applicant must have 800,000 THB in a Thai bank account or an income affidavit, and that mandatory health insurance is required as this is considered a new extension of stay.
