Will l still be able to get a visa on arrival when l return from Bali? Reading about a medical certificate no longer than 3 days old, is this a fact? Any information greatly appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
As of March 19, 2020, the Visa on Arrival for many countries has been canceled. However, Australian nationals can enter Thailand with a 30-day visa exempt entry stamp, which may be extended for an additional 30 days. It's important to keep updated on changing regulations regarding visas, especially in light of recent travel restrictions.
thanks ๐ can really leave Bali at anytime and return. Could be best plan of action.

There you go, see you don't get a visa on arrival when you show up without having bought a visa before hand from a thai consulate you get in on a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp.
SO yes, when you fly in you as a Auzzie will get stamped in for 30 days on a visa exempt entry
