Hi guys , I have a specific question. 

6 years living in Asia with a legal stay permit as bussnies owner ( not Thailand 4hr flight distance ) and lately as it’s closed for us we go to Thailand very often end of July we spent there 2 weeks with friends, in august we went for 1 week Bangkok trip and planing to go to Phuket in October for 2 weeks but I wonder if this is considered as visa runs ? 

Can I go back whenever I want ? I m traning Muay Thai and planing to go more often in the next upcoming months but I worry about the visa regulations because I heard that there is the new law that after 2 visa run or whatever we can’t go back fro a while . How they consider my 2 weeks stay there almost every month ? What visa shouid I apply for it if I wish to go quite often for a short period of time?  

Your answers will be very helpful I m about to book my Muay Thai camp for October but I want to se sure I can … 🙏🏻

It should be no problem. Since you use airplane from Denpasar to Thailand you do not cross any land border crossing. Since you only stay a few weeks every time a tourist visa is enough, and since you are from Hungary you are visa exempt so no need to apply for any Thai visa. I have been flying BKK to Denpasar many times, no question asked, I only needed Indonesia visa on arrival in Denpasar.

You cannot enter Thailand more than 2x in one calendar year using a land border crossing. You can technically enter by air many times. Two weeks every month might become a problem after maybe 6 months.

Incorrect. You can only enter twice per calander year visa exempt via a land border. No limit on land border crossings with a visa!

The OP doesn't really give enough info for visa advice, I was merely pointing out that you can enter Thailand via a land border as many times as you like per calendar year if you have a visa. It's only visa exempt that is restricted to two land border entries per calander year!
