TLDR : Answer Summary
Denny Rajpurohit is inquiring whether he can leave Thailand and re-enter to obtain a 90-day extension on his NON-O marriage visa, which is set to expire on August 13. He currently holds a marriage visa and is seeking clarification on the process for extending it via a border run.

nope, you can't get another 90 days by exiting and re-entering and you can't get a Non-O visa from any thai consulate in nearby countries either. :/
You have to go back to your country and get a new Non-O visa,
OR
you have to apply for a yearly extension of stay at the immigration office by showing the 400K baht in the bank for 2 months before you apply or a paper from your embassy stating you get 40K baht a month in income
OR
you could get a 60 day visit family extension for 1900baht at the immigration office too.
