TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day visa reporting in Thailand can be done online, but it is important to note that your reporting period resets when you leave the country. You should attempt to do the online reporting 15 days before your new reporting date, ensuring that you align it with your arrival in Thailand. If the online method is rejected, you have the option to report in person at the immigration office without incurring any fines. Remember to secure a reentry permit if you are on a single entry visa.
, this is the website for 90 days report. You need to register your account first.

You get directly an email that your application is recieved, so with a little patience there are no extra days or weeks needed to read.
The attachment is a copy of the TM47 form with all details,

Received email is sent immediately after you submit the 90 days report. You need to wait for the email with the result - approved or rejected -, that could be several days later.
everyone says that the first 90 day report needed to be done in person. I was trying to ask if the 2nd one would be ok if the date was changed by international travel. Yes I could just try.
Which means you do not have to try several times to fill in the online application. You get directly an answer that it is recieved and you wait for the result, if denied you visit Immigration, you do not try again with same details.
, not correct, you still can try again after you read the reason of the rejection. I have an experience that my report was approved on the third try.

Yes, you can try. Try to do online reporting 15 days before your new date, the 89th day after you arrive. Then you will have enough time to do it try again a few times more and do it in person at the immigration office without being fined in case online reporting is rejected.
90days report windows are:
- At the local immigration office: 15 days before until 7 days after the due date
- Online: from 15 days in advance until the due date
