Do you now if I can change my non immigrant-B visa single entry by a multiple entries?
I don't quite understand how I renew my visa, do I need to make a new demand of my embassy? Or just a visa run is enough?
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can convert your single entry Non-Immigrant B visa to a multiple entry by purchasing a re-entry permit for 3,800 baht. To renew your visa, you'll require paperwork from your employer for a one-year extension, which varies by immigration office. It's recommended to check the specific requirements for documentation with your employer and the local immigration office.
Your single entry Non B visa will give you 90 days on entry. When that’s winding down you’ll need paperwork from your employer to get a year extension from it. The paperwork needed is generally extensive so it would be best to get your employer to liaise with your immigration office as to what’s needed.
As an example here is a list of requirements for the Phuket office. Other offices will probably differ.
To make this visa/extension multiple entry you buy a re-entry permit for 3,800 baht (a single entry is 1,000 baht). It will last as long as your current date stamp. So if you get it with the original visa that will be for 90 days max. If you buy it when on the year extension it will last max one year.
sorry to hijack his post, I've never really asked as always bought multi entry, if I bought single entry and went out of country, needed to go out again could of I then buy another single? (On the same 1 year extension)
