Hi, regarding the 60-day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family, can I apply for this based on having two half-Thai children here, rather than being married to their mother, as we divorced already? If so, what are the normal requirements? I am currently nearing the end of the last additional 90 days of a one-year Multiple Entry visa. Thank you for your advice. ๐
TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for a 60-day extension of stay in Thailand based on having two half-Thai children, even if you are divorced from their mother. It's advisable to check with your local immigration office for specific requirements, but generally, you should have at least one of your children present when applying.
