I am currently in Thailand on visa exempt for 60 days. Returning home 6th April.

Are there any restrictions as to how long I have to wait before returning to Thailand again?

(I want to return to UK for 3 weeks then back to Thailand for 21 days)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about re-entering Thailand after a 60-day visa-exempt stay. According to a comment, there are no specific waiting periods required after exiting Thailand for re-entry as a visa exempt traveler. However, previous immigration history will influence the re-entry process, and travelers should be prepared to answer questions from immigration officials upon arrival. It is recommended to have proof of accommodation, an onward flight ticket, and sufficient funds to show at immigration.

No amount time out of Thailand is required to be able to enter Thailand again as Visa Exempt Entry.

However, your prior Thai Immigration history will likely determine if you are allowed to enter Thailand as Visa EXEMPT ENTRY.

Be prepared for questions...by Thai Immigration Officers upon arrival.

Have the address where you will be staying during the first week...

Have PROOF of your flight departing Thailand within the number of days you are STAMPED in on arrival. Which is 59 days.

Have 20,000 Thai baht in cash or in equivalent foreign currency to show Thai Immigration Officers if ASKED.

If you don't have a recent history of staying in Thailand in 2024 to now... likely allowed to enter Thailand Visa EXEMPT ENTRY.

Suggest you be prepared just in case you are questioned by Thai Immigration.
