. Changwattana. I questioned the officer (because it was 30 days last 4 times) and she said they changed the law last month.. I can post a photo of my stamp if needed.
. If your return flight is with same airline, they will already know if you have one when you check in and won't ask you. I've flown from Aust to Thailand dozens of times on 4 different airlines and they've never questioned me because I've returned with them too.
.that's her only option.. and she needs to prove she can afford it and has a reason to return. Eg tax paying job to return to, a child, a mortgage or rental lease, money in her bank account, etc. Australia is same , unless someone is prepared to fully sponsor her financially and prepared to take legal responsibility if she does a runner.
. Understood. But you'll be running the gauntlet. Obtaining a spouse visa outside Thailand is a lot easier and much.less financial proof needed. If you come back on 30 day exempt carry your marriage certificate with you and any documents related to applying for a spouse visa/extension. Expect to be questioned with so many covid extensions. They will probably ask you why you haven't got a spouse visa yet if you have a Thai spouse.
I also agree with Brandon. Get a tourist visa don't use exemption if possible.
You won't have an issue if you obtain a legit visa in UK before returning. If you plan to apply for a nonO spouse visa ,make sure you have all required paperwork you need from Thailand before leaving. Eg marriage certificate ,letter of invitation from thai wife, etc.
If your family members will sponsor you, why dont you just ask them to deposit money into your bank account and do away with all the other headache paperwork? They just want proof you can afford to A. Come here.
