OR

Minimum 800.000 Thb on a Thai bank account on your name, minimum 2 months prior your application date AND to keep a minimum amount of 800.000 Thb till 3 months after your application date. Than you can withdraw money but a minimum of 400.000 Thb must remain on this account/

OR

Combination of earnings and funds on your Thai bank account of minimum 800.000 Thb in the last year and minimum 800.000 Thb on a Thai bank account on your name 2 months prior your application date AND to keep a minimum amount of 800.000 Thb till 3 months after your application date. Than you can withdraw money but a minimum of 400.000 Thb must remain on this account.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent updates to the Thai visa extension rules for individuals over 50 years of age eliminate the requirement for income affidavits from embassies. Applicants must now demonstrate a minimum income of 65,000 THB per month, maintain at least 800,000 THB in a Thai bank account for a minimum of 2 months prior to application, and keep this amount for 3 months post-application, allowing withdrawals down to 400,000 THB. Alternatively, a combination of income and funds can also be used to meet the financial requirements.
