Hello, im asking for a friend. He is currently on a tourist visa, and he is getting a job, so he gave them the papers the company requested. How long does it take from the moment the papers are delivered until he can go get his Non-b visa? the company is claiming it will be more than one month, and thats what he has left on his tourist visa. Any clues?
