Hi All ... just a quick one. We arrived on a 90day non imm O VISA, kids are on Edu VISA and we as guardians. We have just signed a lease and move in to our new house in 2 days (previously in an air bnb), question is do we need to lodge the TM28 within 24 hours of change of address? 

Understanding the Phuket Immi has been pretty clear that TM30 is landlords responsibility. 

Any advice would be extremely appreciated
